Tamika Carter was born in Allentown Pennsylvania and at the age of six, she and her mother relocated to beautiful Southern California. Tamika grew up in Sherman Oaks, and attended school in Granada Hills; she prides herself on being a “Valley Girl.” Growing up in the valley gives Tamika an edge as she knows of some of the best neighborhoods to live in for various lifestyles such as; single ready and to mingle, families with children and anything in between. An added bonus is that Tamika is very knowledgable of the best restaurants and social scenes. Tamika has always been a people person, she thrives in talking and getting to know people. She has always had a love for sales and helping people. Prior to her real estate career, Tamika earned a Bachelor’s Of Science Degree in Fashion Marketing & Management from The Art Institute Of California-Hollywood. Adding to her business aptitude, Tamika has held many management positions in the fashion and beauty industries which has given her the leadership and negotiating skills when working with others. Not only does she have a great eye for fashion, beauty and style, she has a love for architecture. This gives her a keen eye for spotting beautiful homes.
