We initially met Matt in October 2015 at an open house. My wife and I liked him so we decided to work with him as our agent to purchase our first home. Matt is one of the best I have seen. You would not guess this given how young Matt is, but he is clear in his thoughts, honest in his opinions, mild in his manners, connected well in his circles, respected in his profession, and strong in his negotiations. He was able to get me a dream property; it was neither easy nor cheap (particularly because we had to go back and forth 4 times in the bidding process), but he worked relentlessly with me, was on my side when I had the jitters, and explained at every step what decision would be good while maintaining that it was ultimately my decision that he would honor. Even to prepare for the offer, when we learnt that we had only 17 hours to present the offer (because we fell in love with a property that was being sold the next morning), Matt worked till midnight with us and the bank agent to get us pre-qualified and making sure that we understood all the disclosures. Andrew is not only an amazing realtor but an amazing person as well. We went through many trials and tribulations to get into our home but Andrew’s dedication to help us make our dream come true never wavered, it only got stronger throughout the process. It’s been six months since we started working with Andrew and we are finally closing. The first home that we attempted to buy ended up not working out because the buyer backed out during escrow to replace us with a cash buyer.
