Matt is one of the best I have seen. You would not guess this given how young Matt is, but he is clear in his thoughts, honest in his opinions, mild in his manners, connected well in his circles, respected in his profession, and strong in his negotiations. Andrew is not only an amazing realtor but an amazing person as well. We went through many trials and tribulations to get into our home but Andrew’s dedication to help us make our dream come true never wavered, it only got stronger throughout the process. It’s been six months since we started working with Andrew and we are finally closing. The first home that we attempted to buy ended up not working out because the buyer backed out during escrow to replace us with a cash buyer.
